From a walk this morning.

From a walk this morning.

I took Oscar out for a walk this morning. It was cold, but the sun was bright and there wasn’t a cloud in the sky; and yet, a steady supply of snowflakes swirled about us. I couldn’t determine their provenance, but I enjoyed the vague magic of it. ❄️
Just went to Pretzelmaker, where pretzels are no longer on the menu? It’s all bites these days. Fortunately, I was still able to order a pretzel. Off the secret menu. For now. 🥨
Gutty, tough loss. Great ball game. Way to bounce back, Anthony Richardson! 🐊🏈 #GoGators
Welp, back down to earth. 😅 Here’s hoping we turn it around next week. #GoGators
Still sinking in. What a ball game. #GoGators 🐊🏈
I’m bummed to see Rudy go, but man, it’s hard to argue with that kind of haul. It’s the bittersweet end of one story, but I’m excited to see where the Jazz go next. 🏀
It rained this morning, but by lunchtime it was bright and cool. Majestic clouds decorated the sky, too distant to threaten rain. It was a marvelous chance for a lunchtime run. With summer heat looming, I had to seize the moment. 🏃
Pretty dope when my iPhone hand-rolls a photo reel from the cemetery where my folks are buried, and sets it to a super-dancey banger.
There’s lot of cool stuff coming from Apple this fall, but I’m most excited about family photo sharing. We’ve been hankering for that for years.
Also on the topic of WWDC: it’s too bad I need to throw out my old-and-busted M1 laptop, but so it goes. 🤷
